- Directed $279M+ in change orders across 8 concurrent builds totaling 1.1M+ sq ft and 182.5MW.
- Implemented a change-order management log subsequently adopted program-wide across CO+I.
- Drove $4.2M+ in verified savings through cost validation and scope alignment.
- Resolved high-impact contractor claims with $0 cost impact through technical negotiation and scope clarification.
- Led urgent RFP cycles in under 72 hours to secure long-lead electrical scope and accelerate delivery.
- Spearheaded cross-regional onboarding and training for CO+I teams in Northern Virginia, North Carolina, and Brazil.

Managed and delivered Passeio das Águas Shopping — one of Brazil's largest mall construction projects — from ground-up construction through commissioning and tenant fit-out, on time and under budget.
- Delivered a $232M / 2M sq ft retail and mixed-use development from ground-up construction through commissioning.
- Directed ~$68M in tenant-improvement (TI) projects, leading the onboarding and delivery of ~150 stores in the 3 months prior to opening, plus 120 additional stores over the following 38 months.
- Created and implemented the full TI operations framework (technical manuals, design standards, control tools) — subsequently adopted country-wide across the company's portfolio.
- Reported directly to executive leadership with regular progress updates aligned to commercial and launch goals.
